We’ve been working more on our inquiry projects in science. The focus now is to select and create a proposal for a project. Students are starting to get the idea of being specific in their topics and questions.

Today, we talked a little about the Space Shuttle Program, as one student wanted to learn more about space exploration. He was amazed to learn that the final shuttle missions are planned for this year, and that NASA has no plans for a new rocket to bring astronauts into space. He plans to learn about the final shuttle missions and the cancelled “Constellation” missions to he moon and Mars.

These are for you Paul!
